Martin Isark, a dedicated lover of good food and fine wine, has been involved in the industry as a professional taster and writer, since the early 1990’s. He has travelled and researched widely, meanwhile chewing, slurping and spitting more than 100,000 food and drink products.

He has appeared on BBC Breakfast, ITV Tonight, UKTV, BBC Radio 4 and 5, and has written about food and drink for numerous publications, including The Sunday Times, The Times, Telegraph, Financial Times, Scotland on Sunday, The Independent, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Daily Express and Doctor.

Martin Isark is also the author of Winter and Summer Wine Guides, Supermarket Own Brand Guide, which evaluates the best food and drink products and, more recently, its website of the same name. His latest and all time-consuming project is as the founder and compiler of the Can I Eat It? IPhone App.

Martin Isark’s many year’s hard work was recognised when the Can I Eat It? App made both The Sunday Times & the Daily Telegraph’s top 500 Apps.
