The product
Us gluten-free peeps often have quite ‘interesting’ flour collections in our cupboard. Almond flour (or ground almonds) is relatively easy to find, but this almond flour from Sukrin is a little different. It is extremely finely ground, which gives it a soft texture, and it has only 20% of the fat of regular almond flour.

The verdict
This flour bakes up nicely in cakes and cookies although it seemed to burn a little more easily than regular almond flour. It tastes great, and is high in protein. Another flour to add to your collection!
