Despite some unfamiliar ingredients, this bakes up wonderfully and is a must for those on a low-carb diet. Has an actual flavour, unlike some bland gluten-free loaves. It even comes with a little tray to bake it in.
Sukrin is a Norwegian brand that does a range of allergy and diet friendly products, aimed at health conscious customers.
Looking at the ingredients, I was highly sceptical about this bread mix, but it was such a surprise when it baked up wonderfully and tasted great. It contains a lot of seeds, which gives a good texture and crunch. It may be a little pricey for some, but it’s worth it for a treat.
