These It’s Nut Free Belgian plain chocolate drops are great for baking and as a topping; but as a snack – diabetes looms!
It’s often very hard to find nut-free chocolate to use in your own cooking. As a base you can always melt chocolate but then if you want to use it as a topping as well then it can be difficult to get it into a form that can be easily handled. It’s Nut Free offer three different kinds of chocolate drops (Belgian Plain, Belgian Milk, Belgian White) which you can use either as a snack or for cooking.
The plain chocolate drops are 71.9% cocoa solids so a good quality and suitable for those that love darker chocolate.
Good quality chocolate that is easy to use as a base in cooking or as a food topping. The danger here is that they can be used for snacking as well and it is just too easy to idly graze through a bag!
