Squash’D? Quick squeeze or two or three into water and you have a flavoursome blackcurrant and apple drink.
The product:
A super-concentrated squash that comes in a handy pack that’s aimed at both adults and children.
The verdict:
Expensive, but fridge and lunch box friendly. It certainly delivers bags of blackcurrant aroma and flavour. The downside is that it has very high salt levels, 2.6g per 100ml, Nearly half an Adult’s Guideline Daily Allowance (GDA) for salt. Why?

Robinsons Squash’D Apple & Blackcurrant No Added Sugar
Expensive, but a neat idea. Quick squeeze or two into water and you have a flavoursome blackcurrant and apple drink. The downside is that the added sweeteners bite a little too hard on the swallow. Tasted by Martin Isark
