It’s got plenty of the sourness of classic Indian lime pickle, but it’s balanced by a pitch perfect degree of sweetness, which lets the fruitiness of the lime sing. A punch of chilli adds an extra element to make what is, without doubt, one of the best chutneys on the shelves.
