Sainsbury’s Fairtrade Original coffee beans is one of those products, that I grab every time I’m in Sainsbury’s. It consistently delivers great cup-quality and is always competitively priced.
I’ve just received a nice savvy-shopper touch from Sainsbury’s nectar card. Vouchers with extra points on products that I buy regularly. Sainsbury’s Fairtrade Original coffee beans has just got that bit cheaper for me! Have they got cheaper for you too?
The product:
All fresh coffee, beans & ground, should be stored in an inert airtight stoppered jar, never in the fridge. Coffee absorbs smells and moister like blotting paper, so the fridge is a no go for fresh coffee. Freshly ground beans, in most cases, have the edge for aroma and flavour over the ground version. Why? No matter how well a packet of ground coffee is sealed, it will start to lose aroma and flavour within a few hours. Invest in a coffee grinder and buy the beans.
The verdict:
Want coffee beans that consistently deliver premium cup-quality at an own-brand price? Sainsbury’s Fairtrade Original Coffee Beans delivers just that.
