Tasted: Amy’s Kitchen Hearty Rustic Italian Vegetable Soup 397g

By Vegan Caroline
A meal in a tin. A tasty filling soup that will keep you going.

The Product:
It’s pretty difficult to find ready made soups for vegans. They often turn out to be vegetarian rather than vegan as producers like to include cream in the ingredients. Amy’s Kitchen were a range started with the allergy market in mind so lots of their products are dairy free and gluten free and there’s plenty in their range that is suitable for vegans.

The Verdict:
This is a delicious soup packed with flavour. Brown rice and chickpeas will fill you up and the hearty chunks of veg include superfood kale. But it’s far from righteous as it comes with a generous glug of olive oil.
